Service agreement

1. What this agreement covers

This Service Agreement is between Detailer Acquisition Co. ("DAQ") and the person or business accepting it ("you").

It sets out what you are buying, how billing works, what we are responsible for, and how the relationship ends.

2. What DAQ provides

Deliverables are those described on the plan card at the time you purchase.

• Starter — GoHighLevel CRM configured for your business, lead-response automation, a booking page with reminders, and pipeline tracking.
• Pro — everything in Starter, plus a full website on a domain you own or control, review request automation and rebooking follow-ups.
• DAQ Managed Growth — everything in Pro, plus done-for-you build and configuration, guided onboarding and ongoing management of your system.

3. Term and billing

Plans are month to month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled and is charged to the card you enter at checkout.

DAQ Managed Growth is a $750 one-time setup fee plus $1,000 per month, both charged at your first payment.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. DAQ never stores your card details.

4. Cancelling

You may cancel future recurring services before your next billing cycle with written notice. Your service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

5. Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, and monthly management payments are non-refundable for services already delivered.

No refund is provided simply because advertising results do not meet expectations.

Exceptions apply where required by applicable law, or where DAQ has failed to fulfil its contractual obligations.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and keep it current.
• Provide timely access to your domain, hosting and account details.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
• Keep your own accounts secure and follow the rules of any platform your business uses.

7. No guarantee of results

We build and manage the system. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings or revenue — results depend on your market, your pricing and how you run your business.

8. Data and privacy

We use the information you give us to build and run your system, and we keep a record of this acceptance. How data is collected and handled is set out in our privacy policy.

9. Accepting this agreement

Accepting electronically has the same effect as signing. We record your name, business, email address, plan and the time you accepted.
