Refund policy
Last updated October 2026. This policy applies to every DAQ plan and forms part of our Terms of service.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover the work of building and configuring your system. They are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly management
Monthly management payments are non-refundable for services already delivered. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling future service
You may cancel future recurring services before your next billing cycle, in line with your service agreement. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not reverse charges already billed.
Advertising results
We don't refund fees because advertising results did not meet expectations. We build and manage the system; outcomes depend on your market, your pricing and how you run your business, and we don't guarantee specific numbers of leads, bookings or revenue.
Exceptions
Exceptions apply where required by applicable law, or where DAQ has failed to fulfil its contractual obligations. If you believe that applies to you, contact us and we will review it in writing.
